Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.kachbeauty.com.au (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “KachBeauty”).
We aim to deliver your orders safely, quickly, and efficiently while keeping you informed every step of the way.
1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.

Orders placed after 12 PM (AEST) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
2. Shipping within Australia
We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia using reputable carriers such as Australia Post.

3. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and courier availability.
Please note:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. -
KachBeauty is not liable for delays due to customs clearance or local postal handling.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at accounts@kachbeauty.com.au.
5. Delivery Issues
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses,

Parcels returned due to failed delivery attempts, or

Lost items after confirmed delivery.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, a re-delivery fee may apply.
If your order appears lost in transit, contact us at accounts@kachbeauty.com.au so we can assist in lodging an investigation with the courier.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at accounts@kachbeauty.com.au, providing:

Your order number,

Photos of the packaging and damaged product, and

A brief description of the issue.
We will assess and resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
7. Pre-Orders & Backorders
Pre-ordered or backordered items will ship as soon as they are available.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship the order in multiple parts at our discretion or wait until all items are ready to ship together.
You’ll be notified by email in either case.
8. Order Cancellations
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Please review your details carefully before completing your purchase.
If you need to make a change immediately after ordering, contact us at accounts@kachbeauty.com.au and we’ll do our best to assist before dispatch.
9. Delivery Delays
We work with trusted couriers, but occasionally delays can occur due to weather, public holidays, or supply chain disruptions.
KachBeauty is not liable for delays outside our control but will assist where possible to track and resolve any issues.
